Job Description:


The candidate will be the Tech Lead for a core transactional and accounting
application at client location. He will be providing break fix support,
co-ordinate with offshore team on the tickets and their closure.

The candidate's broad responsibilities include:

   1.

   Application maintenance including its interfaces utilizing Oracle, Oracle
   Forms and Oracle Report skils, PL/SQL, Stored procedures etc.
   2.

   Provide support to DBA's to handle issues related to the application
   involving examination of application server, and/or Unix server box.
   3.

   Ability to front end discussions with the customer and
   document/communicate the requirements
   4.

   Collaborate with offshore and guide them through the tickets, by
   re-creating the reported issues
   5.

   Ticket Management and Status Reporting to stakeholders
   6.

   Front ending with the customer on the transactional/accounting
   application, and co-ordination with offshore.
