START DATE/DURATION Immediate start date; 6 month minimum LOCATION New Carrollton, MD possible 1 A WEEK TO DC DUTIES Data analyst/PL/SQL Developer, Crystal Report Developers with 5-6 yrs experience, writing the queries, writing command level to pull the data out of the reports, finding the data by himself without going to the DBA for help; advanced PL/SQL skills are just as important as the crystal skills, must have both, MORE than just writing store procedures. Experience must be with Crystal Version XI. The work on this BI project is all around extracting the data, loading the data and analyzing the data, data cleansing, validation, architecture. Technologies uses at FEMA are all cutting edge, current versions of all the applications, all web services, work is very complex and they need highly skilled folks. The candidates will work on lots of data in very large systems. The candidate will be stretching the boundaries, not doing historic procedures. The candidate must have the ability to roll up his sleeves, white board/ suggest ways to code and have an opinion on how it should be done. Position is very hands on and looking for extremely technical programmers. Write complex code or advanced PLC code. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE Required Elements: 5-6 years of experience with - Crystal reports 8.0/8.5/9.0/10/XI/RI/ R2, Crystal Enterprise 8.0/8.5, 9.0/10/X1, Business.
