This team will support the Distributed SAN Storage Array's and Networks throughout the North America region, which encompasses over seven data centers and is considered one of the largest in the world. The team consists of ten persons across five sites in the United States, which interface with other peer teams in the storage environment. In addition, the members of the team perform level two support for a large Systems Administrator organization whose servers reside within the SAN environment. Furthermore, the team interfaces with Storage vendors in regards to operational support. Finally, the team will periodically interface with business partners in regards to general inquiries about storage. *Job Responsibilities: * SAN Storage Administrator – the main responsibility of the role is to perform day to day operational support of the SAN environment for Citigroup. This will include storage provisioning, problem diagnostics/resolution, storage request processing, and continuity of business functions as it relates to the SAN environment. In addition, the person will perform as subject matter expert role for SAN products from an operational perspective. Furthermore, the role will include performing compliance related functions in the form of log reviews, compliance with team/audit policies, quarterly compliance reviews, and assistance with audits.
