*Role:*

   - Need to be able to PM, plan, lead, have functional knowledge, talk to
   users and management and get along with everyone
   - Defining business requirements, refining and prioritizing gaps,
   documenting requirements, business processes, lead user acceptance test;
   - Leading a team of up to 10 part time service center people (users)
   - Need to be tough, but nice; thick-skinned, patient, good PM skills,
   able to handle issues; have good Personality; must be able to communicate
   effectively with others - team, users, PMO and Director
   - Start ASAP thru April, 2010
   - If good, high probability of extension

*Required Skills:*

   - Project Management - planning, leading, reporting
   - PeopleSoft 8.8 HR and Benefits Admin functional knowledge
   - Strong Leadership skills
   - Strong communication skills
   - Strong facilitation skills
   - Ability to effectively work up and down organization
   - Ability to do hands-on work (review/assist with deliverables)
   - Understanding of methodology - Requirements gathering thru go-live
   - Multiple full lifecycle implementations

*2) PeopleSoft HR/Benefits Admin Testing Lead*

*Description:*

Testing lead must create test plans, interview testers, supervise leads and
testers, direct, do work and make sure it gets done; work up and down
organization

V8.8 impl; upgrade to 9.0 in 2010

*Required Skills* Work stream Lead - plan, leading, reporting

   - PeopleSoft 8.8 HR, Payroll and Benefits Admin functional knowledge
   - Knowledge and experience in all test phases - unit test, systems test,
   integration test, parallel test, user acceptance test, etc.
   - Process knowledge around quality, identifying and reporting bugs and
   issues, re-test, etc.
   - Strong Leadership skills
   - Strong communication skills
   - Strong facilitation skills
   - Ability to effectively work up and down organization
   - Ability to do hands-on work (review/assist with deliverables)
   - Understanding of methodology
   - Multiple roles as a test lead in past - different phases

*3) PeopleSoft HR/Benefits Admin System and Integration Test Lead*

*Description-System and Integration Test Lead *

Lead must create test plans, interview testers, supervise leads and testers,
direct, do work and make sure it gets done; work up and down organization.
