Detailed knowledge of service, warranties is mandatory and how an organization services its products. The consultant will be expected to complete the following types of deliverables: Questionnaires, process flows, report education, report and conversion functional specifications, test scripts, unit testing, conference room pilots, training, post production support as well as other tasks.
