Analyzes capacity data and develops capacity plans for appropriate level enterprise-wide systems. Conducts or participates in the research, design and development of information processing systems and architecture. Defines requirements for hardware system architecture and evaluates performance, integrates hardware units and interconnection of units, implements test plans and handles system documentation. Expert ability to troubleshoot technical problems related to Citrix XenApp infrastructure.
