Complete Description:
The Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience developing
requirements for credentialing programs will work with the District DC One Card
(DC1C) program team to support strategic and tactical credentialing initiatives
and provide credentialing subject matter expertise. The DC1C program was
initiated to put a single ID card into the hands of District government workers
and customers for all their DC government needs. The DC1C Business Analyst /
SME will be responsible for:
* Developing business and technical credentialing requirements
* Developing specific credentialing requirements for the District Taxi Cab
commission
* Providing HSPD-12, FIPS-201, and other credentialing standards leadership to
DC1C team
* Providing overall project guidance based on credentialing program experience
* Communicating program progress and status to project team and program
executives
* Reviewing and ensuring quality of all program activities and deliverables.

versed in communicating to District agency executives and line personnel.
