The project will involve taking the existing software (i.e. Adobe Livecycle) and refactoring it (re-writing code) to create the form-rendering tool they envision. The technologies of choice which development will focus around include HTML, XML, Javascript and CSS. The organization wants to use a service-oriented architecture as well - components of this tool may involve Web services.
