They will research business/technical alternatives to solve current production and future business challenges. They will be expected to manage relationships with customers at multiple levels and will be expected to lead a team of testers/analysts. They must be able to make sound decisions based on requirements, facts, analysis, priorities and technical factors. Specifically, - review and assist the business teams in writing business requirements - develop use cases based upon business requirements - review use cases with users, developers, DBAs and other interested parties - develop and review test plans, test scenarios and expected results - execute system testing and assist with other testing activities, e.g. user acceptance testing - lead and support of parallel activities, including identification of required action items - perform data, process and system analysis in support of business and audit inquires - validate system executions and explain results to business users and internal/external audit - assist in mentoring and development of other team members - ensure proper controls are established, refined and followed for any activities performed - communicate effectively to management, business owners, internal and external teams *I must know the following* 3-5 years related work experience - 5+ Yrs.
