EXPERIENCE: Prior Fannie Mae Experience !! Project Manager II is responsible for the performance of medium sized technical projects, or 2 or 3 small projects, or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives.The project manager will be supporting the business analysis team for the Accounting Data Warehouse, and its activities for meeting the deadlines and deliverables for the FIN 46 Consolidation project. The project manager will be expected to:1) Facilitate meetings, and distribute minutes.2) Create and maintain project plans using MS Project.3) Drive release planning.4) Assist in release deployment.5) Issue tracking and resolution.6) Assist in strategizing on how to manage/schedule the work.7) Anticipate issues/bottlenecks, proactively looking for status from our team.
