Duration-9 months Developer ****Level* Contractor - Intermediate (R, or S) *Location* Valley Forge *Position Details* The need is for a PeopleSoft developer with HCM or LMS experience. The is a budgeted position for a new Compliance project that is starting up. The contractor that we bring in would backfill for a member that is placed on the Compliance project. ****Skill set / competencies needed* PeopleTools 8.45 or higher PeopleCode SQR Application Engine software methodolgy (waterfall and/or agile) PeopleSoft HCM functional knowledge (Benefits, Payroll, interfaces, etc.) *Comments* This project is set to run from March 2009 through the end of 2009, so the initial contract period would be until 12/31/2009. Some important points – Good communication and customer facing skills § SShould be a PeopleSoft certified (Tools/Benefits) - Certified is a big plus (almost a must) § SShould have worked minimum of 3 years in NA payroll and Benefits modules (Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, eBenefits) § CCurrent/latest project should be on PeopleSoft benefits module. § SStrong knowledge on North America Payroll is a must § SShould have worked on interfaces between Benefits/Payroll and 3rd party systems.
