Desktop Support Analyst

Lee's Summit, MO   $35/hr

The person must have senior/advance desktop hardware and software
configuration skills and the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues related to hardware, the OS or software. Person must have
experience with the Operating System, Outlook, Microsoft Office and Workflow
Mgmt Tools. The individual must also have some knowledge of Asset Mgmt
processes as they pertain to the configuration of an asset.
Have wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company
objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some
barriers to entry exist at this level (i.e., dept/peer review).
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an
in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting
methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal
and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide
guidance to other personnel.

Minimum of 2 years of related experience in hardware (PC, printer, PDA) and
software knowledge and/or customer service in a technology field.
Vendor-related certification(s), ITIL v3 and/or A+ certification desired.
Graduate course work desirable.

Qualified individual must be self-motivated and demonstrate ability to
manage daily workload and priorities effectively.
Proficient to Advanced Knowledge of Asset Management Functions
Proficient to Advanced Knowledge of PC hardware, software, imaging and
configuration.
Strong technical aptitude
Experience in a delivery organization
