This job position requires a strong team player that will work closely with other team members, outside organizations and the vendor’s development and members of field support team to support this service. Required knowledge of routing protocols, TCP/IP, UDP, VoIP, PRI, PBXs, DSL WiMAX, WiFi, Windows NT servers, Network Management Systems, routers, bulk call generators, protocol analyzers. Experience in a lab test environment using various types of test equipment are all a plus. .
