Excellent written and verbal communications skills Team oriented Special Consideration: Experience running high-traffic web services, including requirements & capacity analysis, service configuration, monitoring & troubleshooting, and change management. Experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment. Served as a member of an operations team responsible for designing, planning, structuring, and setting up Web applications, including GSLB and VIP configurations.
