I didn't get much coding done last week but I did a fair bit of reading about i18n and how to best apply it to Karma -- you can read more here:

Those answers could be put in .po but would need to converted back to json to be accessible programmatically from the game logic. we can discuss this more in our next meeting -- Bryan W.
