Resubmit your applications here: http://dmlcompetition.net/fastapps/login.php. All applications are due by February 15th at noon EST. The resubmission period is designed to allow you to revise and strengthen your applications by tweaking, editing, broadening, etc. your initial application to incorporate any useful feedback or ideas offered by the public. It is not necessary for you to revise your application based on the feedback you receive, however, all previously submitted applications MUST be resubmitted (even those that have not been edited or changed in any way). The application form has not changed. Resubmitted applications will not be available in the public commenting system until after February 15th.
