Hi! I've just created a report on bugs.sugarlabs.org [1] that lists the descriptions of all components [2] with links to show all open tickets of the individual components resp. file new tickets. The report is listed from the front page for easy access.
With the ever-increasing number of components in Trac (114 at last count!) this might be easier to use than the usual drop-down boxes. Please note this report is split over several pages, so if you don't find the component you're looking for please check the other pages as well. I didn't find a way to put all components on a single page, sorry. Since the descriptions were never exposed before, only few components actually have one. If you're a component owner, please consider submitting a description [3]. You can use the usual Trac wiki syntax [4] to include links, e.g. to activities.sugarlabs.org [5].
