bugs.sl.o subjects all first-time users to moderation in order to combat SPAM. After the first action was reviewed by a moderator, they will get added to a whitelist. This has proven to be a reasonably low-overhead and very effective measure on bugs.sl.o. To reduce confusion for users, we could do with an explanatory text to show to new users. Help welcome!
