This lists all the stuff that *could* be done.  I don't think any one point
is more urgent than the others.  All the stuff in the existing book still
works.  I'd rather have contributors that find their chosen tasks
interesting.

For coding we need to have the students have access to the Git repository.
Authors of chapters need to set up accounts here:

http://booki.flossmanuals.net/

The book has a chapter on Git which the students should find helpful.

I'm especially interested in students that want to write their own
chapters.  I can provide editing, of course, but I'd like to have a "Guest
Chapters" section of the book where students can write chapters and put
their bylines on them.  I would hope that the students would want to stand
up and be counted this way too.
