Yes, it can be fixed and re-packaged and then resubmiited but nobody has stepped up to test, make it work and update it from the ancient version that was shipped. I have mixed feeling about this but I personally don't really have the time to deal with it at the moment and it seems most people that care about the activities only care enough if it's them not doing the work.
