Hello, I want to let you guys know that the issue was that i was on ubuntu which didn't work with the chroot style of installation. I should have used sudo apt-get install sucrose but that also won't work except i upgrade to ubuntu 17.04. I'm currently doing the update and i believe everything will be fine after it.
