Hi, I am suraj kumar . I have been going through the sugarlabs code base and trying to write a proposal application. I just wanted to know whether I should discuss about the implementation of GSoC project in this mailing list or does sugarlabs have other means by which i can pitch the proposal and get some comments on the proposal.
