Hi Madhusmita, Seeing as you're particularly interested in GSoC, you should check out our GSoC <https://github.com/sugarlabs/GSoC> repo, it contains helpful info about our past projects and possible future projects.
You should also look at sugar-docs <https://github.com/sugarlabs/sugar-docs>, that helps you with our software and setting it up. I advise you to use any of our software first - Sugar, Music Blocks, Sugarizer -, you can find their repos in our github org. Each repo contains information about what languages and tools they're built with. Hope this helps! Looking forward to your contributions! -- Ibiam Chihurumnaya ib...@sugarlabs.org On Thu, Dec 26, 2024 at 5:12 PM Madhu Smitha <madhusmith...@gmail.com> wrote: > Dear Sir/Mam, > > I hope this message finds you well. > > My name is Madhusmita swain, and I am reaching out to express my interest > in contributing to SugarLabs as part of Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2025. > I am relatively new to coding but passionate about learning and > contributing to open-source projects, especially those focused on education > and empowering youth, which aligns with the mission of SugarLabs. > > I would greatly appreciate any insights you could provide on how I can get > started with SugarLabs, particularly in relation to GSoC.
