Another environment thing:
I notice sugar is installed in build/lib/python2.4/site-packages/sugar
It would probably be better to put in something like
build/lib/python2.4/site-packages/sugar.pth, containing:
../../../../source/sugar
Then source/sugar will be added to the path, and sugar can be edited
directly without needing to install it.
Though this starts opening up the distutils question, which is a topic
for another email.
