Maybe related to lib64. It would help to know where you have 2.13 and where you have 2.12 (system path/jhbuild path). A few days ago we was building 2.13 by mistake in sugar-jhbuild, so if it's an old build that might be the issue. Removing source glib and rebuilding would solve it in that case. Still I have the impression the paths are not all setup correctly for lib64 yet.
