Ideally, sugarize the application. If not, you'll still need to modify

What if the application is written in C++? Is etoys written in python?

Etoys runs on a virtual machine written in C (the core is actually C generated from Smalltalk, but that doesn't matter here).

The Python activity stub runs etoys as a separate executable, but redirects its window into the activity's GTK window. Also, it opens a pipe to forward dbus messages into Etoys.

We still plan to get rid of the python stub eventually, but it works well enough for now to not be a top priority.
