We are working in a project for make photo cartoons. ( http://godiard.googlepages.com/histo2.png ) Testing the canvas, i have ported a jigsaw application from goocanvas to hippo-canvas. But i have a problem, not method to set z-order o raise to top one element. Marco have confirmed that. I have tried a hack, remove the item from the container and add the item again, but i have problems with the signals. Any idea? This activity is very simple i f anybody want to see http://godiard.googlepages.com/headbreakactivity.py If anybody have a real solution for z-order in hippo-canvas, i will be very happy :) I know the core programmers have too much work, i send this mail trying to stimulate more programmers.
