Hello,

I'm a french student, interested in translating sugar and activities
into french.
For the moment, i'm focusing on sugar .po files.
I built a sugar.pot file (PO file Template, for other languages), as .po
files from different languages aren't the same. I have few questions :
 - Who owns the copyright on the translation files ? Red Hat ? Ivan
Krstić ?
 - I never used git. I'm not sure, but the command I'll have to type to
commit the file is : $ git commit sugar/po/sugar.pot , right ?
 - I attached the header of sugar.pot (comments and first string). Is
this header OK ?

Thanks for the help,

Regards,

Samuel.
