We need to have multiple versions of a bundle installed at the same time, so the bundle_id no longer suffices to refer to a bundle. Chema (homunq) has been thinking about signed bundles as part of his work on Develop, so maybe we could discuss all this now and reach an agreement on how we want to refer to "executable" activities, be installed, in the network or in development.
