Recent Joyride. When I use alt-tab to switch sessions, I believe I see the Frame being momentarily displayed, before the screen for the next session replaces the current screen. Since in this situation I am not using the Frame to select the session to be shown next, bringing up the Frame seems unnecessary overhead.
