Had a case of subdirectories mysteriously disappearing from /home/olpc/Activities, including Terminal.activity. Then found that some Sugar scripts would not run from the text console (ctl-alt-F2). [It also told me "you don't appear to have a connection".] Ended up manually "unzipping" Terminal.xo into /home/olpc/Activities then rebooting (to ensure having Terminal in the activity-registry).
