Problem, needs perl-Test-Builder which is part of perl-Test-Simple, which
is included in the RHEL perl package (which is missing perl-Test-Builder).

Just updated Class::MOP which was successful but in usage it dies straight
away complaining about Devel::GlobalDestruction being missing.
