There was an issue with DNS which has now been addressed (at least it works for me). In what concerns MoinMoin, the installation is broken as a result of Apache configuration changes (I suspect, because the URLs for the static content get rewritten through the wiki script which normally should not be the case). -- Sincerely yours, Yury V.
