Also, do you know is there is any information available within the Vehicle 
source files regarding BrakeSystemStatus or TransmissionState? I would like to 
implement these attributes for a vehicle device that collects Basic Safety 
Messages for DSRC applications. I can not seem to find any getHelper functions 
that retrieve info about a vehicles brakes or transmission status.
