Dear SUMO developers,
we are currently updating internal and external build infrastructure to
processes which do not support older Visual Studio versions (for
instance GitHub actions) and therefore want to collect feedback whether
it is worth the effort to maintain the Visual Studio 2013 build any
longer. So if you are stuck for some reason to this old Visual Studio
version please answer to this mail.
