Although I got an alternative. Alternative: I have changed the code in the Cmakelist.txt, instead of searching the xerces using the system variables (defined in Cmakelist.txt file), I have given absolute path of the directory in which the xerces folder is present (in the Cmakelist.txt file), this seems to work fine.
