Hi, starting with the next release, sumo will have a freeze period before releasing, so we ask all contributors to stop committing on February, 25th (next Tuesday). The release should happen on March, 4th. For the complete (very detailed) release procedure, see http://sumo-sim.org/wiki/Developer/HowToRelease
There are two major changes in the new release which we would like to bring to your attention because we would appreciate some feedback and testing on them before releasing. 1. For the first time we will release Windows installers for 32bit and 64bit. If you are brave enough ;-), please try the nightly build http://sumo-sim.org/daily/sumo-msvc10Win32-svn.msi http://sumo-sim.org/daily/sumo-msvc10x64-svn.msi 2. SUMO 0.20 will validate your inputs against an XML schema, if it is specified in the input file. Please try your scenario with a fresh or nightly build and report any problems related to that, if possible. http://sumo-sim.org/wiki/Downloads#Nightly_Snapshots Best regards, Michael ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Managing the Performance of Cloud-Based Applications Take advantage of what the Cloud has to offer - Avoid Common Pitfalls.
