Answering Your Questions: 1)* We will attempt to adapt simtram for Sumo 0.19 version. It may take about 4 Months time as we are small team.* But will keep you updated regarding the progress.
2) We selected sumo-0.17 because it was the latest version when we started the project about 10 months back. 3) We corrected the link. Its not broken now. Google gives error as it is a big file and can not scan for virus. But download is possible. 4) We will add the sumo-sim.org link on our site today only.
