Hi all

I am trying to run the example in SUMO with Matlab. It stopped in 
initialisation phase:


Error using traci.Socket/connect (line 25)
Java exception occurred:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Error in traci.init (line 65)
        connections(label).connect(host, port);

Error in traci_test2 (line 67)
traci.init();


  JavaException with properties:

    ExceptionObject: [1x1 java.net.SocketException]
         identifier: 'MATLAB:Java:GenericException'
            message: [1x128 char]
              cause: {}
              stack: [3x1 struct]

Attempt to reference field of non-structure array.

Error in traci.sendExact (line 19)
activeConnection.dos.writeInt(len);

Error in traci.getVersion (line 23)
result = traci.sendExact();

Error in traci.init (line 75)
[traciVersion,sumoVersion] = traci.getVersion();
Error in traci_test2 (line 67)
traci.init();



Does anybody have experience this issue ?
