there currently is no moveToXY functionality for pedestrians. It's in our
plans but not a priority feature. If you need this within the next 12
months you are probably better off doing it yourself. For some
implementation thoughts see http://sumo.dlr.de/trac.wsgi/ticket/2872. You
may also contact s...@dlr.de for consultancy.
