it depends on what you mean: - if you already have a defined sequence of vehicle speeds you don't really need a traffic simulation (which aims at computing these speeds for you) - if your driving cycle is qualitatively (so many km of motorway, urban roads etc) you can simply model the appropriate network and let your vehicle drive - if you want to compute emissions for a given sequence of speeds you can use the sumo tool emissionsDrivingCycle ( http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tools/Emissions#emissionsDrivingCycle) - if you want to see a vehicle in SUMO-GUI that follows a defined sequence of speeds you can use TraCI to remote-control the vehicle.
