Hi, if it needs to be same vehicle then use rerouters http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Rerouter, but then it will of course need to drive back before it can drive the route again. If you just want vehicles going repeatedly on the same route use a vehicle flow http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Definition_of_Vehicles,_Vehicle_Types,_and_Routes#Incomplete_Routes_.28trips_and_flows.29.
