Hello, your configuration uses the field osmid as street id. However, several of the edges have a space character in this field. This is a forbidden character for edgeIDs. Unfortunately, that error is not reported by netconvert (now fixed in the latest development version: https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/4376) If you leave out the option <shapefile.street-id value="osmid"/> edge ids will be generated as sequential numbers and the network will be loadable.
