Hello, battery model parameters are not re-evaluated when changing a vehicles type. They can only be set at vehicle creation time. You can modify some model values directly using setParameter calls: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/TraCI/Change_Vehicle_State#Supported_Device_Parameters
