I installed SUMO via the sumo-win64-1.0.0 package on my Windows 10 machine. I
tried to run netconvert to create a network from a shapefile, and I get the
error: SUMO was compiled without GDAL support. I cloned the SUMOLibraries
repository, and added in the environment variables, but still no joy. Is there
a way of reconfiguring the SUMO installation to add in GDAL support? I tried
uninstalling and then installing from binary and compiling, but I wasn't able
to get that to work, either, though with different errors, mostly related to
cmd.exe errors. I have GDAL libraries already installed as part of the OSGEO
packages and as part of PostGIS.

My main question: Is there a way of reconfiguring my Windows SUMO installation
to add in GDAL support? If not, what should I do? I need to create a network
from a shapefile.

Thanks!
