The traci output reflects vehicles that have gone passed the entry detector
and not yet left via the exit detector (they are still 'within').
In comparison, the xml output for this detector contains distinct counts
for vehicles within and for vehicles that have gone past the detector.
I supposed it would make sense to expose the latter group of vehicles via
TraCI as well.
