This is not possible with netconvert. However, using the very latest
development version of Netedit, you can select and remove all connections
with dir='t'.
- press F5 to recompute the network
- select connections by attribute (
http://sumo.sourceforge.net/userdoc/NETEDIT.html#Match_Attribute)
- delete selected connections with 'del'
Note that you either need to build from source or wait until tomorrow to
download the updated windows-binaries.
