This page <https://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Randomness> on the SUMO wiki
says " When using the option --random the seed will be chosen based on the
current system time resulting in truly random behavior." What I want to
know is if SUMO outputs what seed it decided on somewhere. If not, I think
it's possible to simply generate a seed and feed it to SUMO manually, but
if SUMO tells you what seed it was using somehow, that might be more
convenient.
