Dear Manh Do Van,
OpenStreetMap does not have any traffic demand data that I know of. What
happens with the osmWebWizard and randomTrips.py is that it assigns
trips from and to random locations (hence the name). It is possible to
give higher probability to faster / wider roads or the network fringe
but it is still random. Concerning your third question, there are a
variety of simulated detectors in sumo, see
https://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output
