Hi, if the problem is that your traffic demand changes over time, you will need to optimize each period separately and add different programs for them (which can be switched automatically, see https://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Traffic_Lights#Defining_Program_Switch_Times_and_Procedure).
